What this website is for

We publish market reports, city and community guides, listings and planning tools to help people buy and sell homes in Southwest Florida. Everything here is general information. It is not legal, tax, insurance, lending or financial advice. Before you make a decision, talk to the right professional about your own situation, such as an attorney, a CPA, an insurance agent or a lender.

Using the site does not make you our client

Browsing the site, using a tool, or sending us a question does not create a brokerage relationship between you and Worthington Realty or any of our agents. A working relationship begins only when you work with one of our agents and receive the disclosures and agreements Florida law requires.

Market data and listings

Our market figures come mainly from multiple listing service (MLS) data, along with public records and official sources we name on the page. We check this information carefully, but it is deemed reliable and not guaranteed. Figures can change as late sales are reported and as data is corrected. Listing information is provided for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use. It may not include every property for sale. Listings can sell, change or come off the market at any time. Verify any detail that matters to you, such as square footage, lot size, schools, fees or flood zone, before you rely on it.

Calculators and tools give estimates

Our tools, including the Seller Net Sheet, the Cost of Owning calculator, the Flood Zone Lookup and the rental analysis tool, give estimates based on the numbers you enter and the assumptions shown. They are not a guarantee of a sale price, closing costs, net proceeds, taxes, insurance costs or rental income. The Flood Zone Lookup uses public FEMA data and is not an official flood zone determination. Your lender, insurance agent or a licensed surveyor can give you an official answer.

When you contact us

When you send us a form, we use what you give us to answer your request.
