Known for her trust-first approach, Susana blends her expertise in accounting with a deep understanding of people, making every interaction feel personal and purposeful. As a licensed CPA and FICPA member, she brings credibility and professionalism to the table. A graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University with both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting and taxation, Susana’s focus remains on building relationships that drive long-term success.
Michael has considerable experience in strategic planning, identifying future growth trends, overseeing the property due diligence process, and working with local governments on land use, zoning, economic development, and growth. Over the course of his career, Michael has been a principal and facilitator in sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring over $1.3 billion in private real estate transactions and partnerships. Michael is a licensed real estate professional in the State of Florida, as well as a member of the National Association of Realtors. Originally from Leesburg, Georgia, Michael graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Southeastern University and attended ongoing education at the Wharton School of Business.
