With a background in real estate accounting and sales, Susana is a registered CPA in Florida, as well as a member of the FICPA. She earned her master’s degree in accounting and taxation, as well as her bachelor’s degree, from Florida Gulf Coast University.

Michael is a licensed real estate professional in the State of Florida, as well as a member of the National Association of Realtors. Originally from Leesburg, Georgia, Michael graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Southeastern University and attended ongoing education at the Wharton School of Business.

His expertise in overseeing property repositioning, hotel asset renovation, and land development management has been pivotal in enhancing property value and delivering exceptional results.

Susana Alvarez Davis, CPA | Sales Associate/Owner

Her journey began when she and her family immigrated to the United States in 1993, settling in Miami before eventually moving to Cape Coral. A true testament to her dedication and work ethic, Susana obtained her real estate license at the age of 18. Her passion for education led her to Florida Gulf Coast University, where she pursued a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (cum laude) followed by a Master of Science in Accounting and Taxation. While in college, Susana showcased her remarkable versatility by working as a controller for a local real estate brokerage, all while achieving top sales accolades.

Susana joined TerraCap Management, a prominent commercial real estate private equity fund management company in 2011.
