Michael Davis

Michael Davis is co-owner of Worthington Realty in Fort Myers and leads the brokerage’s market research. Buying or selling a home in Southwest Florida can feel overwhelming. Michael developed Worthington’s market methodology and publishes 6 monthly reports covering nearly 30 communities to help homeowners and agents make more confident decisions. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®.
Before Worthington, Michael co-founded a commercial real estate firm during the Great Recession. By 2021, the company managed more than $1.3 billion in assets, and his role had drifted away from the work that energized him. He stepped away, spent a season reading and reflecting, and in 2023 took over leadership of Worthington Realty with his wife Susana and their partner Brian Rodgers.
At Worthington, Michael also leads agent development. As a Gallup®-Certified Strengths Coach, he helps real estate professionals build careers grounded in their strengths. His coaching draws on CliftonStrengths®, VIA Character, and the StoryBrand framework. Through his coaching brand, Strengths Worth Developing, he also coaches business leaders outside real estate.
Michael speaks regularly on leadership and strengths-based development. He has presented at the FGCU Alumni Association Leadership Academy and the Florida SBDC Summer Education Series. He serves on the board of Child Care of Southwest Florida and volunteers on two of the United Way’s fund distribution teams.
Michael and Susana have three children, Stephanie, McKenna, and Nicholas, all of whom have attended Evangelical Christian School their entire lives. Michael plays drums, piano, and a little guitar, runs marathons, and is active in the Southwest Florida running community, which Worthington Realty supports as presenting sponsor of the Bell Tower Race Series. He believes the biggest lives are built by people who spend more time doing what they do best, every day.
