Amy spent 10 years with Drury Hotels, the last 8 as Regional Sales Manager over 11 hotels across the region. She led sales teams, managed major accounts, negotiated contracts region-wide, and built the kind of relationships designed to last. That experience trained her to read what a client actually needs and deliver on it. For years, she has also managed her own short-term rental properties, giving her direct, ground-level knowledge of what makes a Southwest Florida property perform, from presentation and preparation to what buyers and renters respond to first. Every property, owner, and guest is different, and her goal has always been the same: five-star results and a client who comes back.
Amy chose real estate to bring that same standard to buyers and sellers, with a focus on genuine customer service over simply closing a deal. She takes time to understand each client individually, picks up on what they need even before they’ve said it, and follows through until the job is done right. As a newer agent, she works backed by Worthington Realty’s broker, ownership team, and market research, so clients get her hands-on attention paired with the full resources of an established brokerage.
Amy’s focus is North Naples and the Vanderbilt Beach area, drawn to the shopping, restaurants, beaches, and easygoing pace that still keep it close to downtown. She works with buyers and sellers throughout Naples and into Bonita Springs, and she keeps a close eye on Estero, where new restaurants, entertainment, and community amenities are reshaping the market alongside its continued growth.
Life in Southwest Florida
Amy is the mother of two grown daughters living on the West Coast. A self-described foodie, she has made it her mission to know the area’s restaurant scene inside and out, especially the transplant spots that give seasonal visitors from up north a taste of home. On weekends, she is usually chasing down the area’s local live music scene, with a soft spot for country.
