Michael Davis

Michael Davis is a co-owner of Worthington Realty in Fort Myers, where he leads the brokerage’s market research and writes its MLS-based market reports and analysis. He helps homeowners and agents understand what is actually happening in the Southwest Florida housing market by translating complex data into clear, practical insight they can use to make confident decisions. Michael is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®.

Before Worthington Realty, Michael co-founded a commercial real estate firm during the Great Recession. By 2021, the company managed more than $1.3 billion in assets. As the firm grew, Michael realized he was not motivated by the financial rewards alone. The work that energized him most was solving problems, identifying patterns, and improving how things worked. As his role shifted further away from that work, he made a deliberate decision to step away.

At Worthington Realty, Michael focuses on helping agents build businesses that fit who they are. As a Gallup®-Certified Strengths Coach, he works with real estate professionals to identify their natural strengths and apply them to how they show up with clients, communicate value, and build trust. His approach blends CliftonStrengths®, VIA Character, and the StoryBrand framework to help agents create clarity around who they are and how they serve homeowners.

Through his coaching brand, Strengths Worth Developing, Michael also works with business leaders outside of real estate who want their work to feel aligned, sustainable, and grounded in what they do best. He believes the most effective professionals are not the ones trying to appeal to everyone, but the ones clients remember because they show up consistently and with intention.
