Susana Alvarez Davis is a Southwest Florida Realtor and co-owner at Worthington Realty in Fort Myers. Susana has worked in real estate since earning her license at 18. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s in Accounting and later earned a Master’s in Accounting and Taxation from Florida Gulf Coast University. Early in her career, she worked as a controller for a local brokerage while earning top sales honors. In 2011, she joined TerraCap Management, a commercial real estate private equity firm, where she became Director of Finance and Investor Relations. There, she managed financial operations, oversaw property acquisitions, and built strong investor relationships.

At Worthington Realty, Susana works one-on-one with agents to help them develop their skills, stay organized, and build consistent systems for success. She is known for her attention to detail and a practical approach to solving problems. Agents count on her for step-by-step training and steady support as they grow their businesses.

Susana serves homebuyers and sellers in communities such as WildBlue in Estero, Bonita National Golf & Country Club in Bonita Springs, and Esplanade Golf & Country Club of Naples. Life in Southwest Florida

Outside of work, Susana enjoys time with her family. She is a proud mom of three teenagers and loves exploring Southwest Florida’s nature preserves, especially when she spots a Great Blue Heron. She enjoys travel, with favorite trips to Alaska, Italy, Costa Rica, and Scotland, and she runs in races around the country.
