Owner/Broker
Brian blends innovative thinking and versatile leadership in managing new developments, real estate sales, and property management. His experience with start-up communities in Southwest Florida includes overseeing Arborwood Preserve, Wild Blue, Vista Blue, and Mirada. Involved in the recruiting, hiring, and training of sales staff, Brian and his assembled teams have sold more than $200 million in property each year, with an average home price of $400,000. Brian is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida and earned his bachelorβs degree in economics from Southern Illinois University.
Susana Davis, CPA
Owner/Sales Associate
Susana has overseen the financial, accounting, and regulatory reporting for investors, lenders, and joint venture partnerships.Β She has been actively involved in acquiring and financing over 80 commercial real estate assets and has managed multi-million-dollar accounts. With a background in real estate accounting and sales, Susana is a registered CPA in Florida, as well as a member of the FICPA. She earned her masterβs degree in accounting and taxation, as well as her bachelorβs degree, from Florida Gulf Coast University.
Michael Davis
Owner/Sales Associate
Michael has considerable experience in strategic planning, identifying future growth trends, overseeing the property due diligence process, and working with local governments on land use, zoning, economic development, and growth.Β Over the course of his career, Michael has been a principal and facilitator in sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring over $1.3 billion in private real estate transactions and partnerships. Michael is a licensed real estate professional in the State of Florida, as well as a member of the National Association of Realtors. Originally from Leesburg, Georgia, Michael graduated with a bachelorβs degree from Southeastern University and attended ongoing education at the Wharton School of Business.
