Worthington Realty adds new property manager and assistant property manager

Worthington Realty continues to meet the growing demands of the real estate industry in Southwest Florida with the addition of the mother and daughter team of Christine Shipman and Laura Shipman to the office staff, hired as the new property manager and assistant property manager, respectively.

Christine Shipman brings nearly three decades of mortgage industry experience to her role as property manager at Worthington Realty. Her thorough understanding of financial regulations, market trends and client service has seamlessly transferred into property management. In this role, her key responsibilities include tenant relations, property maintenance oversight and lease agreement preparation, showcasing her attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Laura Shipman comes to Worthington with a background in the service industry, which has equipped her with exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills that are essential for property management. Her quick adaptation from the service sector to real estate highlights her commitment and quick learning capabilities. In her position, she oversees lease agreements, maintenance requests, property inspections, tenant showings, cleaning schedules and delivery of exceptional customer service to tenants and owners.

Worthington has been a part of the Southwest Florida community for nearly 35 years and has been a strong partner to home buyers, renters and investors as they seek trusted expertise in residential sales, rentals and development in the areas in and around Lexington Country Club and at Babcock Ranch.
