Worthington Realty has hired Wanda Christophersen as assistant property manager for the growing boutique real estate company, which specializes in residential sales, rentals and development across Southwest Florida.
In this role, Christophersen oversees lease agreements, maintenance requests, property inspections, tenant showings, cleaning schedules and delivery of exceptional customer service to tenants and owners.

Bringing more than two decades of experience in hospitality management, Christophersen understands the intricacies of property operations. In her previous role as executive assistant to the general manager and the regional director of Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa, she managed critical tasks, including tracking and processing deadline reports, handling human resource procedures and serving as a corporate liaison. She also previously served as an executive assistant and human resource manager at The Williamsburg Hotel & Conference Center, where she honed her skills in customer service, troubleshooting, marketing and inventory management, making her uniquely suited to handle the demands of vacation rentals.
